Recent Colorado Felony Case Results
- People v. Mr. H. (2008) – Client charged with First Degree Sex Assault, a Class 2 Felony, and Second Degree Sex Assault, a Class 3 Felony. After numerous court hearings and motions, negotiated non-sex offense misdemeanor plea bargain with no registration requirements.
- People v. Mr. H. (2008) – Client, while on probation for two separate drug felonies, charged with Distribution of Methamphetamine (25-450 grams), Special Offender for firearm being present, and Theft by Receiving. Negotiated plea resulting in a sentence to probation.
- People v. Mr. P. (2008) – Client charged with First Degree Assault on an At-Risk Adult, First Degree Burglary and Menacing. Client found not guilty at jury-trial of both First Degree Assault and First Degree Burglary, and a hung-jury on the Menacing charge which was later dismissed.

Recent DUI & Traffic Case Results
- People v. Mr. M. (2008) – Client charged with DUI, Reckless Driving and Speeding (25+ mph over). The Speeding charge was dismissed upon a defense motion. The remaining charges were sent to the jury and client found not guilty of DUI and DWAI and a hung-jury on the Reckless Driving charge, which was then negotiated to a minor traffic infraction. Client received no driver's license suspension as a result.
- People v. Mr. R. (2008) – Client charged with DUI and Speeding (25+ over). Negotiated court case so client's license was never suspended.
- People v. Ms. W. (2008) – Client charged with multiple misdemeanor-traffic cases, including a DUI charge, two separate Driving Under Restraint charges and multiple traffic offenses. Negotiated plea so client was not convicted of any alcohol-related driving offense and client sentenced to minimum sentence on in-home detention.
- People v. Mr. C. (2008) – Client charged with multiple Driving Under Restraint cases in Colorado. Negotiated all to minor traffic-infractions with no jail imposed and no driver's license consequences.
- People v. Mr. B. (2007) – Client with multiple prior alcohol-related driving offenses on his record charged with Felony Driving as a Habitual Traffic Offender, DUI, and numerous traffic offenses. After multiple DMV and court proceedings, negotiated a plea agreement to Reckless Driving and client's license was never suspended by Department of Revenue.
- People v. Mr. B. (2007) – Client charged with Reckless Driving and Engaging in a Speed Contest. Client found not guilty at jury trial.
- People v. Mr. K. (2007) – Client charged with DUI. Negotiated deferred judgment to the alcohol offense, and client was never suspended by the Department of Revenue as a result.
- People v. Mr. G. (2007) – Client charged with DUI, Leaving the Scene of an Accident and Driving under Revocation. All charges dismissed based on our independent investigation into the circumstances surrounding the accident scene.
- People v. Mr. J. (2006) – Client charged with Careless Driving Resulting in Death. Client was found not guilty of all charges at jury trial.
